INSTRUCTIONS

• 
  
• You will need to produce a poster maximum dimensions 90cm wide by 150cm tall.
• 
  
• Presenters need to be by their poster for their entire session to answer questions from delegates and the poster chair.
• 
  
• Poster chairs will briefly visit each poster and hand you a certificate of presentation.
• 
  
• The poster sessions will take place in the exhibition hall on the right hand side. A poster co-ordinator desk will be located in front of the poster boards.
• Fixings will be available at the desk.
• 
  
• All poster boards will display the poster name and number along with the authors.
• 
  
• Posters can be displayed up to an hour before your session and must be in place at least 20 minutes prior to the session start times. All posters must be removed at the end of the session, those not removed by you will be removed by our staff and stored at the desk until the end of the day. Any posters not collected by 5pm on the day of your session will be disposed of.
• 
  
• The winners of the best posters will be announced at the closing speeches on the 11^th March 2010.
